    • All pottery may have glazing errors, markings, paint flaws, imperfections and or pinholes. The photo may NOT be the EXACT item you receive, as I carry multiples. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED unless an item is damaged. Please read item description, and ask questions before ordering, this is your responsibility. If an item arrives damaged please email me a photo for a replacement or refund. You will receive a REPLACEMENT first if the item(s) is still in stock.

    • All orders receive tracking information upon shipping, delivery times are JUST AN ESTIMATE. Check your spam folder if your missing your tracking email. Items may arrive in seperate boxes to ensure safety. Once an item is scanned received by the shipping company, I have ZERO additional information on status.
