All sales are FINAL 

NO RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS 

If an item arrives damaged, please email me a photo of the item. These are highly breakable items! I pack very very well, but carriers are carriers. 
A replacement (first) will be sent at my cost. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be sent immediately with photo. Please allow a couple business days to process a damaged item.
